Please note: For in-person appointments, Jean-Lesage International Airport (YQB) is the nearest airport, approximately a 10-minute drive or about 5 km from our warehouse.

Additionally, you will have the chance to speak with our president, providing you with a unique opportunity to gain deeper insights into our products and services.

Consultations are available in both English and French.

Note: Once we receive the information you provided in the form on this page, a short phone consultation will be scheduled, during which you can ask any questions that are not already mentioned on our website. However, if you wish to proceed with a video conference or in-person meeting after the phone call, a CAD $50 fee will be charged prior to the appointment. This fee will be redeemable against an official BMC Wholesale order.

For order pick-up, do not use this form. Instead, email the representative managing your communication so they can check with the warehouse for the pick-up time. The CAD $50 fee does not apply to pick-up orders.

No-Show Policy for In-Person Appointments

At BMC Wholesale, scheduling an in-person appointment means that a dedicated representative is assigned to meet you at our warehouse. This involves preparation time and operational costs on our side.

If you book an in-person meeting and either:

Cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or
Fail to attend the appointment without providing proper notice of at least 24 hours (cancellations made just minutes or hours before the appointment are not considered acceptable),

the $50 CAD consultation fee will not be refunded.

Additionally, repeated occurrences of missed or last-minute cancellations may result in account suspension or permanent banning from placing orders, booking appointments, or engaging in future business with BMC Wholesale.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment in order to remain eligible for a refund of the consultation fee.
