Shipping
Yes. Once your item(s) have shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number.
We use Canada Post with a signature on reception. The shipping cost for expedited is $29.99 anywhere in Canada, and Xpresspost is $49.99. US shipping is $39.99. Additionally, you can also schedule a pickup for your order in person at our warehouse in Quebec City.
You should expect to receive your cell phone or tablet in 1-5 business days anywhere in Canada.
Yes, we also ship to the USA. We can also ship internationally, but you have to contact us to complete the transaction.
Warranty
Yes, all our phones are guaranteed for 90 days. (Physical and/or water damage void the warranty).
If you receive a device that doesn’t comply with your order for functionality or quality issues, we will replace it for you.
You can exchange your item within 90 days from the date of purchase. Products must be returned in the same condition as received using the original packaging.
Payment
You can pay by PayPal (credit card), Interac Email Transfer, or direct bank deposit/wire transfer.
Since we are a Canadian company, our prices are in CAD. You can check this website for real-time currency exchange rates.
We use PayPal to make payments on our online store, but you do not need a PayPal account to pay with your credit card via PayPal. To learn more, check this video.

Yes, we charge taxes based on the province in Canada or the country where you’re located. However, as a business, these taxes should generally not be a major concern, as you can often recover them on business expenses. If you’re a Canadian business, you may be able to claim these taxes back through input tax credits; for international clients, tax implications vary depending on local regulations. Please check with your accountant to confirm specific tax benefits for your business.
If you have a tax exemption (e.g., First Nation status), simply contact us, and we’ll adjust this accordingly for your orders.
Generation Questions
The process is designed to be hassle-free. Begin by registering for an account, a quick task that typically takes less than a minute. Once registered, you can select the items you want, add them to your shopping cart, and easily navigate through the checkout process using our online guide. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, and wire & bank transfers.
To sign up for an account, you must have a valid shipping address in either Canada or the United States. Additionally, before registering, you must confirm that you are a phone reseller, store owner, or a serious aspiring phone reseller aiming to sell quality mobile devices to your customers. You also need to acknowledge that you have read and understand the order process from BMC Wholesale.
Absolutely! We welcome buyers from around the globe. However, if you’re an international business buyer or dealer (outside the US), it’s essential that you have expertise in selling used cell phones and other electronics. For shipping, you’ll need to coordinate your shipping/export/import logistics and arrange for your courier to pick up your order from our pickup site. Alternatively, we currently ship to Canadian and US addresses exclusively. If you’re an international buyer, please provide a Canadian or US shipping address. If your final destination is outside Canada and the US, it’s your responsibility to organize a forwarding service to ship your package to the intended location.
**BRAND NEW:** The item is brand new, and the battery health is 100%.
**EXCELLENT:** Barely shows a visible sign of use, nearly like new. Battery health is above 85%.
**GOOD:** Shows little wear with few minor scratches and/or scuffs resulting from light use. Battery health is above 85%.
**FAIR:** Exhibits higher than average wear with noticeable scratches and/or scuffs and/or non-original parts. Battery health is above 80%.

As a wholesaler, we don’t display color options for devices, as the majority of our clients are primarily interested in competitive pricing rather than specific colors. However, if you have a particular color preference, please indicate it in the “Notes” section when submitting your notification request. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request based on available inventory.
