• GOOD (B): Displays minor wear, such as a few light scratches or scuffs, with battery health above 80%.
• FAIR (C): Visible wear (scratches, scuffs), possible light screen burn, or non-original parts, with battery health above 80%.

Note: Our specialty is used devices rather than refurbished devices. Depending on availability and supplier inventory, we may occasionally receive devices that have been previously refurbished, so some units we ship may fall into that category.
