Here’s the new procedure:
1. You can place a purchase order by selecting the products you are interested in.
2. We will analyze your profile to determine which types of models might suit your future needs.
3. By placing/submitting a purchase request at the displayed price, you are expressing your interest in purchasing these products at that price once they are in stock.
4. If the devices you ordered are available for immediate shipment, a member of our team will contact you by email to arrange payment, and once the payment is received, we will proceed with shipping your order. You can pay via PayPal/credit card (4% extra fee), e-transfer (no fee), or direct bank deposit/wire transfer (no fee).
5. We will categorize you based on the products you’ve shown interest in, allowing us to contact you as soon as we receive the desired models.
This new feature aims to provide more transparency and help you plan your purchases in advance.

At BMC Wholesale, our new ordering procedure is designed to enhance your purchasing experience by providing personalized offers based on the grade and type of device you’re interested in.
Submitting a ‘Notification Request‘ is completely risk-free and hassle-free since it’s not an official order.
Here’s how the new procedure works:
We encourage you to add multiple items to your request (a minimum of 10-15 different devices and quality grades is recommended; for example: 3 x iPhones (Excellent Grade), 2 x iPads (Good Grade), 4 x Samsung Galaxy devices (Excellent Grade), 1 x Android tablet (Fair Grade), etc.). The more categories you include, the more frequently you’ll receive emails about available stock that matches your interests. This helps us understand your preferences and allows us to provide tailored offers.
Please note that if a request contains only 1 or 2 models, or multiple listings of the same model, we reserve the right to cancel the request and remove it from our email notification list. With such a limited variety of models, it becomes challenging for us to accurately understand your needs. Additionally, it may suggest that this page was not fully reviewed, indicating a potential mismatch in working together.
On the checkout page, when you’re ready, click “Submit Request: Notify me when available.”
Note: No payment is required until shipment, so you can freely explore our selection without any obligation.
After submitting your request, you will receive an automated email with our current inventory ready for shipment. Please note that the items in stock may not always match those you originally requested. If something in the live inventory catches your eye, simply reply to the email with the quantity you’d like, and our billing department will send you the invoice.
If nothing in the live inventory interests you at the moment, keep an eye on your email (and your spam folder, just in case). We’ve added you to our mailing list, so you’ll receive updates with devices that match the quality grades and categories you selected in your ‘Notification Request.’
Once you receive our email with new stock, act quickly! For example, when we receive a lot of 1,000 assorted iPhones, they’re often sold within 48 business hours. So, if you see models you’re interested in, confirm your order promptly. We restock about every 10 business days, so you can expect approximately 3 to 4 emails per month.

If nothing in the current inventory appeals to you, no problem! You’ve been added to our mailing list, so we’ll send you updates with devices matching your selected categories and quality grades. Keep an eye on your inbox (and spam folder) for new stock. It’s that easy and risk-free!
