Order Processing & Shipping Timeline
To help set the right expectations, here’s how our order processing works:
• Business Days Only
Orders are processed and prepared on business days only (Monday to Friday).
No orders are prepared or shipped on weekends or holidays.
• Cut-Off Time
Payments received before 12:00 PM (noon) EST are counted for the same business day.
Payments received after 12:00 PM EST are counted starting the next business day.
• Processing & Shipping
Orders are shipped within 2–3 business days after we receive your payment.
Example: If your payment is received on Monday at 1:00 PM EST, it will be counted starting Tuesday (next business day).
Day 1 = Tuesday
Day 2 = Wednesday
Day 3 = Thursday
Your order will typically ship on Wednesday or Thursday.
• Back Orders
If you order items that are on back order, additional delays will naturally apply.
You will always be notified when an item is on back order, and it will be your decision whether you wish to proceed with the order or not.
• Order Status Inquiries
For any questions regarding your order status, please contact us by email only.
Written communication helps us avoid misunderstandings and makes it much easier for our team to properly track and follow up on your request.
• Payment Methods & Processing Times
E-Transfers (Interac): Count as received immediately, so processing begins the same business day (if before the cut-off).
Credit Cards, Bank Deposits, International Wires: These payments often take a few additional business days before we actually receive the funds.
Even if you see a confirmation on your side, the payment is only considered received by us once the funds have cleared into our account.
Order processing timelines (2–3 business days) begin only once we have received the funds.
• Summary: Payments received before 12:00 PM EST count the same day. Orders ship within 2–3 business days after payment is received. Back order items may require extra delays (we’ll always notify you so you can decide).
Payments by e-transfer are instant, while credit card, bank deposit, and wire payments take a few business days to clear. For order updates, always reach us by email so everything stays clear and documented.
