At BMC Wholesale, we kindly ask all members to go through our screening process before reaching a representative. This isn’t to make things complicated—it’s simply a matter of business logic. If we were to take calls from everyone without any filtering, we would need a full-time person just to repeat information that is already available on our website.
► Do you have questions that aren’t addressed on our website? (Be sure to check our FAQ first.) In those cases, we offer call-back requests with our team. This ensures your time and ours is used effectively, and that you receive the right support when it’s truly needed.
As an established wholesaler—not a beginner platform—we must focus our time on assisting businesses that are ready to scale. This process allows us to keep our operations efficient, our prices competitive, and our service at the highest level.
Phone calls are available in both English and French.
